The Connecticut Audubon Society, Center at Glastonbury offers nature, science, conservation and ecology education for all ages. We offer Pre-K to Grade 12 science lessons outdoors and in the schools. We are located at 1361 Main St., Glastonbury, CT 06033-3105 adjacent to Earle Park, a town park. Open 10-5 Tuesday through Saturday, and some Sundays 1-4 (please call first). We have various exhibits, live raptors and other animals inside, and a children's indoor play area. We also sell bird seed, suet, and various bird and birding related items in our small store. Hiking and walking trails behind the organization are open dawn to dusk, with some loop trails and a trail to the Connecticut River. Leashed dogs, and horses are sometimes on the trails. Please clean up after your animals since small children are often on the trails.
